How do I add Votel forms, calendars and the chat widget to a client's website built elsewhere, like WordPress?

You do not need to design or host the client's website in Votel. You add Votel pieces to their existing site with embed codes.

For calendar booking, open the calendar, go to Distribution and copy the embed code, then paste it into the site.

For a form, copy the form's embed code instead of its URL and paste it onto the site.

For the chat and voice widget, open the agent, click Website widgets and copy the code from the Embed tab.

The code has to be pasted into the other site by you, using the site's login, or by the site owner. This way you can give clients a phone number, a form and a chat widget on the website they already have.
